Interlibrary Loan is a useful library resource for requesting items not in any of the library databases. While our campus is physically closed due to COVID-19, it is regrettably impossible to request any physical resource, and scanned book chapters may also be difficult or impossible to get if the book is not available digitally. However, e-journal articles and e-book chapters should be easy, and even entire e-books may possibly be borrowed if the lender has a license agreement that permits it.
Go to https://library.uum.edu.my/ > mouse over the “Research” menu > click on “Interlibrary Loan” to get started.
Or
just click this link https://library.uum.edu.my/inter-library-loan/
